These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the HFA Live Score: Foot Afrique application ("the App"), published by HFA ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

HFA Live Score is a free application that provides real-time football match results, standings, statistics, and information about African and Francophone competitions. The App is available in French and English.

2. Access and Account

• The App is free. Some features require account creation.
• You may create an account using Google, Facebook, email, or phone number.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App in compliance with the law and these Terms. You must not:

• Use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, servers, or databases.
• Copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the App's content without permission.
• Use bots, scrapers, or any automated tool to extract data.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

• The App and all its content (design, text, logos, displayed sports data) are protected by intellectual property law.
• Sports data (scores, standings, statistics) is provided for informational purposes and comes from third-party sources. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy.
• You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App.

5. Push Notifications

The App may send you push notifications (match results, alerts). You can disable them at any time in your device or App settings.

6. Service Availability

• We make reasonable efforts to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may interrupt, modify, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
• Displayed results and scores may have delays or inaccuracies. The App should not be used as the sole source for financial decisions (betting, etc.).

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (zero for a free service).

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process your data.

9. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties. You access these links at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication in the App or on our website. By continuing to use the App after a modification, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and deleting your account.
• We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless a different mandatory consumer protection provision applies.
